# A new home for Ethos Ethics & Compliance at Novatura

Ethos is on a mission to make pharmaceutical compliance education accessible, effective and engaging - they recognise that changing hearts, minds and company ethos at a deeper level is key to impactful education.

## Building for the Future: A Need to Overhaul

Boasting a set of high-quality, flagship online educational programmes, Ethos turned their attention to their marketing - starting with the website. They recognised some key pain points:

- Poor overall user experience
- Outdated design
- Lack of functionality and scalability
- Lack of maintainability

After seeing one of the Novatura team presenting at an entrepreneurial marketing event, Ethos approached us with the following project goals:

- Improve overall user experience
- Improve admin usability (to allow Ethos team to make website updates moving forward)
- Elevate online presence
- Convert visitors into potential clients
- Improve aesthetics, exposure, function & scalability

## Formulating a Solution

Following consultation, our proposal aimed to address all of Ethos' concerns and provide them with a modern, performant web platform that would allow their business to scale.

We split this into 3 deliverables:

1. WordPress website build
2. Members-only newsletter area
3. A full event ticketing system

Novatura's designers produced the following landing page concepts, with the goal of conveying a fun, personable brand. The use of strong iconography and artwork was used to portray the brand as established, relevant and authoritative.

## Breakthrough Results

After a quick turnaround, the website went live in time for the [ABPI](https://www.abpi.org.uk) Annual Conference 2024, at which Ethos were exhibiting. Since then, Novatura successfully implemented the hidden members area, the event advertising and ticketing system as well as several marketing integrations.

Now, Ethos are looking forward to their [Annual Charity Symposium](https://pharmaethos.com/event/ethics-compliance-ai-pharma-symposium/), investigating how AI is rewriting the pharmaceutical rulebook.
