To get started, we'll hear your needs and pain points, giving us an insight into the problem to be solved. This helps us understand what work needs to be done, estimate timeframe and estimate the costs.

With the problem defined, we can brainstorm potential solutions.
Typically, we'll present a range of options, and work with you to refine the best solution. If you already have a solution in mind, we'll work with you to make it a reality.

Once we've agreed on the project scope, we can get started.
This is where we'll come up with user stories and create design concepts. We'll also create a project plan, outlining the key milestones and deliverables, and finalise the timeline for the project.
With the project underway, we'll keep you updated on progress.
We'll work around your schedule, conduct regular reviews to ensure the project is on track, and make any necessary adjustments. Once the project is complete, we'll conduct a final review to ensure everything is working as expected.
At the end of the project, it's time to deploy and hand over.
Training, manuals, or documentation will be provided as required to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition. Optionally, we can provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure your solution remains up-to-date, secure and any issues get resolved as quick and painlessly as possible.
